Alison has worked as an editor, publisher, and head of publishing for leading international publishing firms, including Penguin Books and HarperCollins.
For the last 15 years, she has published cookbooks for a number of top restaurants and chefs. Alison understands the importance of working to a fixed budget and deadline. She personally manages every step of each publishing project to ensure the resulting cookbook delivers on your vision and surpasses your expectations.
Alison is qualified in law, marketing and publishing. She is also a PRINCE2 certified project manager.
